Your parcel leaves the workshop. You receive your tracking number by email the same day.

What you need to know before pre-ordering
Payment, deadlines, cancellation: answers to the questions we are asked most often.
When am I charged?
Payment is taken when you order. This is what allows us to launch production of the series and to secure your case at the launch price.
When will I receive my case?
The estimated shipping date is shown on this page and repeated in your confirmation email. Should it change, you would be notified by email first.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, at any time before shipment: write to us and we will issue a full refund. After receipt, you also have the fourteen-day legal withdrawal period.
I also ordered an in-stock watch: what happens?
Your order ships in a single parcel, on the date the case ships. If you would rather receive your watch straight away, simply place two separate orders.
