Terms of sale

1. Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern product sales made through the website www.sharpmod.fr between SharpMod, a micro-enterprise registered under the SIRET number 99119036400018, with its registered office located at 13 rue de la Haute Forêt, 44000 Nantes, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the site (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

2. Products SharpMod offers custom watches assembled from watchmaking components. The photographs and descriptions presented on the site are non-contractual but are representative of the products offered.

3. Prices Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code – VAT exemption for micro-enterprises). Any applicable shipping costs are specified during the checkout process.

4. Orders Any order placed on www.sharpmod.fr constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Customer will receive an order confirmation email once the payment has been validated.

5. Payment Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or other payment methods offered via the Stripe/Shopify platform. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

6. Shipping and Delivery Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the order if the product is in stock; otherwise, an additional lead time of approximately twenty days will apply. Estimated delivery times: 3 to 7 business days within metropolitan France after the order is dispatched by SharpMod. SharpMod cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties. The Customer must notify SharpMod by email (contact@sharpmod.fr) and return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the returned item. ⚠️ Exception:Custom or made-to-measure products (watches modified at the Customer's request) are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

8. Warranty Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). All warranty claims should be addressed to contact@sharpmod.fr.

9. Personal Data Data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site and the GDPR. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent court will be the one located in the Customer's place of residence.
