Shipping policy

This policy follows section 7 of our terms of sale.

Where we ship, and at what cost

• France: free delivery to a pickup point and home delivery (Colissimo).
• European Union and international: free delivery, to every country offered at checkout.
• We do not ship to the United States.

Outside the European Union, no import charges are expected in principle. If the destination country charges any (customs duties, taxes), they are payable by you.

Lead times

Working days run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The lead time of each item is shown on its product page and in the cart, before you order.

Each order ships in a single parcel, as soon as every item is ready: the order's lead time is that of its longest item. An order that includes the pre-order case therefore ships from 1 November 2026.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Late delivery

If your order is not delivered within the stated time, you can ask us, by email or by post, to deliver it within a reasonable additional period. If it is still not delivered by the end of that period, you can cancel the order. We then refund everything you paid, within 14 days of the cancellation (articles L216-6 and L216-7 of the French Consumer Code).

Receiving your parcel

The parcel travels at our risk until you, or a person you have designated, take possession of it. If it arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at contact@sharpmod.fr, with a photo if possible: we will find a solution with you, at no cost. You can also note reservations with the carrier, which makes our claim easier.
