Is the SharpPixel assembled in the workshop, like your automatics?

No. Our automatic watches are hand-assembled in Paris. The SharpPixel is a quartz watch selected by Sharp Mod, then inspected in our Paris workshop before shipping.

Should it be wound up?

No. Its quartz movement is battery-operated: it continues to run even if you do not wear it.

How do I change the watch face animation?

Press the pusher: the display changes animation mode.

Can I swim with it on?

No. It is splash-resistant, not waterproof: no showering or swimming.

Does the bracelet fit my wrist?

Yes. The steel bracelet can be shortened by removing links, with the adjustment kit included. For a leather, NATO or rubber strap, write to us if you are unsure about the size: we will guide you.

What are the delivery times?

Ships within 48 hours, whichever strap you choose. Then allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Shipping is free, in France (to your home or a pickup point) and internationally.

What if it doesn't suit me?

Even customised, you have 14 days after receipt to return it to us free of charge, intact and unworn. It is also covered by the 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
