What is a Seiko Mod?

A Seiko Mod watch refers to a Seiko watch that has been customized or modified by an enthusiast or professional.

These modifications may include replacing the dial, hands, strap, or even internal components such as the movement.

Seiko Mod manufacturers can also add spare parts or accessories to customize the aesthetics or performance of the watch.

Are you affiliated with Seiko?

No, not at all.

We use genuine automatic movements for their recognized quality and reliability, but our watches are fully customized for each customer and are not officially affiliated with Seiko in any way.

Can I adjust the size of my watch?

Yes, a kit is included with your watch to easily adjust the size to your wrist.

I really like one model, but I would prefer a different dial.

No problem! Simply let us know your preference on the Contact page (available at the bottom of the page). Most of our models can be personalized with the dial of your choice on the "create your watch" page. We'll be happy to create the perfect combination for you.

Can I personalize my watch?

Yes, absolutely! You can visit the "Create your watch" page to discover the different configurators available and design the model that suits you.
You can also choose from our existing models or contact us on Instagram or via the contact form to request a fully customized combination.

Are the movements you use genuine Seiko?

The movements in each of our watches are 100% authentic and renowned for their high quality and precision.

We use Seiko and Miyota automatic movements such as the NH35, NH38, and NH70, as well as meca-quartz movements like the VK63, all renowned for their exceptional reliability and long-lasting performance.

Are your watches under warranty?

Of course! Our watches come with a 2-year warranty, which means that if a defect or malfunction occurs — and it is not due to misuse or modification by you — we will take full responsibility for the return, repair and reshipment, at our expense.

However, if the problem results from improper handling, impact, or external intervention, the warranty will not apply.

Delivery

Is there a charge for delivery?

Delivery is free to a relay point and for international home delivery!

For France, delivery to a relay point is free, and home delivery costs €7.90

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union and worldwide, except for the United States due to Trump's new import laws.

What are the delivery times?

If the model is in stock, delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

If the model is on pre-order, it takes between 15 and 20 days to place the order with our supplier and assemble the watch.

How can I track my package?

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a Colissimo/Mondial Relay tracking number.

Order

Where can I find my invoice?

Once the order has been placed, an invoice will be sent to you by email, and you will find a paper copy in the parcel once received.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is intact, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer exchanges free of charge if there is a problem with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package. This applies to non-customized watches.
The most suitable return address will be provided upon request.
